Purpose:

     The purpose of this area service committee is to be supportive of its groups and their primary purpose.  This is to carry the message to the addict who still suffers by associating a group with other groups locally and by helping a group deal with it day-to-day situations and needs when discussing issues that affect our groups.  It is in the spirit of loving service a human thing for emotions to be bought out because each of us here cares enough about our Home Group and our Home Area to be here.

Area services meets the 2nd Sunday of every month except January and May 1st Sunday at Boulevard United Methodist Church, 321 North Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23220 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM . Use basement entrance on Stuart Ave.
